I haven't actually read "How to Suppress Women's Writing," ironically enough, but I've seen it referenced enough times to get the gist, and I've read lots else on the topic recently. Sigh.

Specialist writing software, no, ha. (Except cats.) The timey-wimey stuff gets absurdly complex as the books go on, but it tends to come down to people's personal timelines and how they intersect, which I can work out on paper.
