Laptop utterly failing to complete boot-up despite all I try. Genius Bar appointment for Thursday. I guess till then I find other things to do and try not to worry about files not backed up (including, alas and stupidly, TFT edits). Forgive any lack of communication till then (at least there is still the phone).
