I saw a H&H Messiah when I was in high school - probably 1993 or 1994. It was delightful (though the part I remember most clearly is my father snarking "nice hair" when the tenor soloist walked on - sporting, I must say, quite an impressive blonde mane.)

My household has been enjoying Miss Fisher as well (though we haven't watched any episodes for a while, due to my assignment to write Something Else for Yuletide.) It is perfect escapist fun.
