I think I'll stay here a while

We've got a front coming in, and I just had a WTF moment looking out the window and thinking I saw snow (two days after it hitting 90 degrees) but indeed it turned out to be petals from my neighbor's cherry tree. Still, however, it may get down to the 30s tonight.

Head still pretty thoroughly under the Lost waters, coming up for occasional breaths of air and laughing. I really didn't have much of a need to read fic, not with the waterfalls of story arc echoing unfaded, but I did check AO3, which provoked one of the laughs on realizing that Ben Linus doesn't even make the top ten characters list. (I did, however, find a lovely pair of just-post-finale stories featuring him, which made me feel better.) What the hell is wrong with people, etc. etc. and okay, I have odd tastes.

By the way, if I write fanfic for this show you really do need to shoot me. So far I have no inclination to do so. I have, however, had an inkling of how to write that Harold-is-the-Fisher-King story I've been threatening for a while now. And oddly I have no problem keeping the voices distinct.

(I also went and read the Beatrice-absolution scene with the Linus voice echoing in my head, and OH MY GOD YES, but. Seriously. STOP.)
