I am the words you'll never say

All sorts of Person of Interest squee exploding today, with the Comic-Con video (which is a) a clever juxtaposition of current reality and Finch's Machine narrative, b) a great introduction to the show if you don't mind a few spoilers, c) an occasion to shout OMG LITTLE HAROLD to the universe) and the Comic-Con panel discussion (which is really for obsessed fans only, and overall a bit disappointing with occasional sparkle). And lots of pictures (what the hell, Jim Caviezel. What the hell are you wearing).

And HURRAH the announcement that Root is now a series regular. So happy about this. And (as many have pointed out while jumping up and down shouting) it means the main cast is now half female. With the promise of Zoe coming back to guest star, too. YES.

Speaking of which (oh God I really do need a tumblr account) the lovely Orockthro and Cortue have created Ladies of Interest, which will be a series of podcasts about the female characters on PoI. They've started with Grace, and I agree with everything they say, and it's splendid to have someone saying it. Go listen.

It's still hot though not as hot as it's been, and our air conditioning is broken. NO. Must keep plugging away on house organization nevertheless.

Okay, so I did cave - http://hedda62.tumblr.com. For now it'll just be an easier way to keep track of all the stuff I've been checking anyway - I've followed some people and will be adding more. I will reblog a few things but am unlikely to have original content (unless it's snarky text posts).

Mostly it's that, whether it's good for me or not, I'm a small part of the Person of Interest fandom, and tumblr is where it's happening. I resist evolution, but eventually it catches up with me.
