Vicissitude and Season

Yeah, mine are just… not really villains anymore, or perhaps it's that they never were, just characters trying to get their way and not having particular moral restrictions about doing so, though they decidedly have moral codes and the ability to do good things. It was fun to write an out-and-out bad guy in Book Four - who turned out to be rather stupid, too, so I suspect that's part of my issue; I don't like writing stupid people, and the smart ones figure out how not to be villains.
