Why yes, a sinus infection is exactly what I need at the moment, however did you know? (Still hoping I can steam it away, but I may need to go for antibiotics.)
My favorite variation of steam for such things is to stick a more than damp but not dripping washcloth into the microwave for 20-30 seconds (or whatever it takes to get it hot but not painfully hot), then slap it on my forehead and cheeks until it cools off. Repeat whenever you happen to walk by a microwave [g].
It really helps, and it's a lot easier than most other steam methods. My doctor recommended it. Although this method is not compatible with makeup and will dry your skin out a bit if you don't use moisturizer regularly.
